It's awkward describing myself, so often how we see ourselves is not how others see us. First and foremost, my kids are my life. There is nothing in this world I won't do for them. I'm not looking to rush into anything. It's been quite awhile since I've been on the dating scene, so I apologize in advance if the words written here are inadequate. If you are looking for the perfect body, don't look here. I am a firm believer in, what's on the inside matters more than physical appearance. I'm honest to the core. I can not handle someone who feels it is ok to deceive or lie. I'd much rather you tell me the truth, no matter how hurtful it might be. I love to learn, read and discuss. It is not uncommon for me to be reading several books at once. I am passionate about those I care for. I detest drama and mind games. As adults we should be able to sit down and talk about things in a healthy manner. No matter how much you may love someone, there will be disagreements, that is just part of life. I can be a bit of a hermit if allowed. I'd much rather be in the woods than anywhere else. I guess you could call me a bit of an oxymoron, I am a tree hugging hippie at heart, but I love to hunt and fish. I don't care for shopping and can't stand malls. I do tolerate them on occasion for the kids. I am no where near perfect, and that makes me happy. If you want kids, unfortunately, that is not an option for me. As far as a mate goes, these are the important things: Be honest, be kind, be open minded, enjoy your life, live it to the fullest, be faithful, be encouraging and supportive.
